We’re looking for a motivated Lead Development Representative to join our growing team!
As a 70 year old company, our success depends on teamwork and being progressive in response to meeting customer’s needs.
As a Lead Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to prospect new leads, initiate customer interest and product inquiries, determine which potential customers are most likely to make a purchase, and convert outbound calls into sales appointments for our sales representatives.
You will create prospect lists by cold-calling leads generated by the marketing team, as well as identify and source potential leads obtained from telesales activities, market research, direct email campaigns, collaboration with internal departments, and from interest in marketing campaigns.
The successful person will be able to meet/exceed established departmental goals and enjoy cold calling.
This is a hybrid role. This person will work 3 days in our Chicago office and 2 days remotely.
