Sales Support Representative

We’re looking for a Sales Support Representative with the energy and motivation to make an impact on our growing sales team.

Our Sales Support Representatives enjoy the flexibility of working from a home office and visit customer locations daily. We offer 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Support assigned sales representative(s) by assisting with account setups, performing vendor-managed inventory (VMI) services and providing technical expertise to customers.

• Achieve high customer satisfaction and repeat business through positive, long-term relationship building.

• Manage customer inventory and replenish supplies as appropriate.

• Maintain storage bins and labels in professional condition, relabeling as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or higher

• Experience in the MRO industry is preferred

• Minimum one year of experience in sales or a related field

• Driver’s license and means of transportation

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
